When should I order my save the dates?
Once you have a signed contract with your event location(s) you can go ahead and place your save the date order. Your save the dates should be ordered 6-10 months prior to your wedding date and mailed 4-6 months before your wedding. This allows 2-4 weeks for your save the dates to be ordered and delivered, as well as, plenty of time for you to address and stuff your save the dates before mailing them.

I can’t find an invitation I like, can you design one for me?
Yes, Invitation Solutions specializes in custom designed save the dates, invitations stationery. We have professionally trained graphic designers who will create stationery to match your style. If you have an idea, theme or just can’t find an invitation, we can create it to match the style of your event. During your complimentary consultation meeting we will discuss your ideas and brainstorm with you. For custom design orders you will receive a complete sample of your stationery items and have the opportunity to revise the ensemble to match your vision. What is the average cost of your invitations?
Since we offer both custom designed invitations, as well as, national brand stationery we are able to work with most budgets. Our invitations average $3-$8 depending on your style, materials and quantities. We are happy to schedule a complimentary initial consultation for you to come in and look through our selection. Is there anything I need to bring to the consultation meeting?
If you have any pictures of invitations you like or any color swatches you would like to match feel free to bring those with you, as well as, any ideas you may have… If you are just getting started and aren’t sure we are happy to help you get started and show you the wide variety of save the dates, invitations and stationery available.
