Dedicated to customer service, we are available to help you select just the right stationery items for your event and answer your questions. We recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation to ensure you have our undivided attention.

Custom Design Process (approx. 6-8 weeks)
When you decide to have us design your custom stationery ensemble we help you select each details, discuss etiquette tips and wording options for your stationery items.

We then create a complete sample for you which includes the use of your selected papers, fonts, design elements, accessories and details. (approx. 2 weeks)

Once we complete your sample we invite you in to review your custom ensemble and make revisions.

After your revisions are completed and we receive your signed approval, your stationery ensemble is prepared for printing, released to the printer and assembled. (approx. 4-6 weeks)

Pre-designed Stationery Process (approx. 2-3 weeks)
If you select a ready-to-order stationery ensemble we begin by helping you select the invitation details, discussing etiquette tips, and determining the wording for your stationery ensemble then ask for your approval to place the order.

Next we place your print order and request a proof, for ready-to-order stationery the proof is emailed to you for approval. (pdf proofs usually take approx. 2-3 business days to come in)

Once we receive your proof approval your stationery ensemble will be printed and shipped to our office for you to pick up after careful inspection. (approx. 1-2)
